Trains from Prachuap Khiri Khan to Surat Thani
To arrive in time to meet direct connections from the Train Station to Koh Samui or Koh Phangan consider booking a sleeper seat Train #85 departing at 01:02. Train #85 has 1st and 2nd Class air-conditioned seats. Train #43 is a fast service with a convenient departure time of 12:29, but it arrives at 16:45 which is too late to make a connection on the same day to Koh Samui, Koh Phangan or Koh Tao unless you take the Night Boat. We do not recommend the Night Boat for any travelling with children, it is uncomfortable and noisy, with young travellers doing what young travellers should do which is to enjoy themselves.
