Large hotel in Ubon Ratchathani city centre. Probably the nicest one in the area. They have a swimming and a restaurant but no gym. The hotel is very clean and well maintained and the service is efficient. This hotel gets few complaints.

The rooms are nice and well appointed with satellite TV, in-room safe, and free WiFi. It is taxi journey from the train station, which for some reason got built a long way outside the City itself.

Ubon Buri Hotel & Resort

There is a choice of either hotel rooms or small cottages. This hotel is really good value for money because it is outside the city centre nearer the the train station. This is the closest hotel to the train station.

There is a swimming pool, restaurant and a bar here so it is somewhere you could spend an afternoon and evening without needing to leave the hotel. The rooms are pretty big here, 30 sqm up or more, and come with all the usual 3 start amenities including free WiFi and satellite TV. Pleasant gardens and a peaceful atmosphere.

The Ratchathani Hotel

• Star Rating: 3 star

Cheap, but not so bad. The rooms have air-conditioning, an en-suite bathroom and satellite TV. WiFi is free if you sit in the lobby. All in all pretty good value.

There is a restaurant in the hotel if you don’t fancy venturing out, although if you do you will find that the hotel is in a good location with lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
