Nakhon Sawan Railway Station has no facilities except for a toilet on Platform 1. There is no left luggage service at Nakhon Sawan Railway Station.

There is, however, a 7-Eleven convenience store located 140 metres walking from the front of the station on a spur road which turns south off the approach road to the railway station.

The ticket offices at Nakhon Sawan Railway Station are located on the left hand side of the main station building as you enter via the main entrance. The ticket office is normally open 24 hours a day as there are trains departing from the station throughout the day and night.

3rd class tickets are normally available for purchase on the day of travel except during important public holidays such as the Songkran festival in April. For 2nd and 1st Class seats you generally need to book in advance, particularly for sleeper berths. If you plan to travel overnight from Nakhon Sawan then definitely book in advance as the sleeper berths tend to be full by the time they reach Nakhon Sawan with passengers embarking in Bangkok.
