About Travel to Khon Kaen
Khon Kaen is a large city with over 110,000 permanent residents living in the city centre. Khon Kaen is not, however, currently a popular destination for foreign visitors. The main reasons most foreign visitors travel to Khon Kaen are either to visit someone they know in Khon Kaen or one of the many small villages in the area, or because they are on their way to somewhere else.
